(between Burger King &  7-11) From Norfolk and points north, take I-64E to Exit 193 onto Hwy 168S to Hwy 158 E to Kill Devil Hills, go left on Neptune (between Burger King &  7-11).

From Norfolk and points north, take I-64E to exit 193 onto Hwy 168S then onto 158E to Hatteras Seashore Exit, turn left and go to right of 7-11  to Beach Road, turn right go 100 yards.
